Roles
Adding a team member
Go to Settings > Team and enter the email address of the person you want to add.PayGlue does not send an email invitation. The person must already have a PayGlue account (they need to have signed up at least once) before you can add them — PayGlue looks up their existing profile by email and attaches it to your organization. If no account exists yet for that email, adding them fails with “User profile for email was not found.”
Removing a team member
Owners and Admins can remove members at any time from Settings > Team. An Admin cannot remove an Owner. The last remaining Owner in an organization cannot be removed — transfer ownership to someone else first. Removing a member emails the removed person, plus every remaining Owner and the person who did the removing.Transferring ownership
From Settings > Team, click Make owner next to the member you want to hand ownership to. This creates a pending transfer request — a banner appears for the current Owner to Confirm or Reject, and the request can be cancelled at any time before that.Confirming a transfer requires step-up confirmation from the current Owner, since it’s a destructive action for their own access. Once confirmed, the new member becomes Owner and the previous Owner becomes a Billing admin — your PayGlue subscription itself stays with whoever originally set it up. Everyone involved (proposed Owner, old Owner, and any other Admins) receives an email at each step: request, confirmation, or rejection/cancellation.
