PayGlue’s own subscription (not your connected payment providers) is billed through Polar. Your plan, invoices, and payment method are all managed from Settings > Billing.
Only Owners and Billing admins can view and manage billing.
Viewing your plan
Settings > Billing shows your current plan, status, next payment date, and price, plus your full invoice history. Click an invoice row to open its receipt.
Upgrading, downgrading, or updating payment details
PayGlue does not have its own plan-selection screen. Click Change plan or Update payment method to open the Polar customer portal — all plan and payment changes happen there.
Cancelling
Click Cancel plan to end your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; access continues until then.
Once your subscription is confirmed cancelled, a 30-day countdown starts toward full account deletion — not just losing access. If you change your mind, resubscribing before the 30 days are up cancels the deletion.
Downgrading
If you downgrade to a plan with lower limits and you’re currently over them (e.g. more workspaces than the new plan allows), the same 30-day grace period applies, but the outcome is different: instead of deleting anything, PayGlue pauses the workspaces beyond your new plan’s limit once the countdown ends. A banner in your dashboard shows how many days are left; upgrading again before the deadline clears it.
