Sign-in methods

PayGlue supports three ways to sign in: All three are available on the sign-in page only. New accounts are still created exclusively through an invite code or a purchase — Google and GitHub sign-in do not bypass this. If you sign in with Google or GitHub and no PayGlue account exists yet for that email, sign-in is rejected rather than silently creating a new account.
Registration always happens through the invite/checkout flow first. Once you have an account, you can sign in with any of the three methods above, and connect or disconnect Google/GitHub at any time from Settings > Preferences.

Connecting Google or GitHub to an existing account

If you already have a PayGlue account (email code) and sign in with Google or GitHub using the same email address, PayGlue automatically links the new provider to your existing account instead of creating a duplicate one. You’ll see a one-time confirmation banner in the dashboard the first time this happens, letting you know your account was linked. You can also connect or disconnect Google and GitHub manually at any time from Settings > Preferences > Authentication Methods — this does not require signing in with that provider first.
Email code sign-in keeps working regardless of which social providers you connect. Connecting Google or GitHub is additive, not a replacement.
