View and debug incoming webhook events in PayGlue.

What the event log shows
Every webhook event PayGlue receives is recorded in the event log. You can find it under Analytics > Webhook Events in your dashboard.
Event statuses
Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
Processed | Ghost member was created or updated successfully |
Failed | An error occurred. See the error details for the cause. |
Skipped | Event type is not mapped. No action was taken. |
Filtering events
Use the status filter to show only Processed, Failed, or Skipped events.
Debugging a failed event
- Click the event to see the full error message
- Check your Ghost credentials are still valid under Connection > Ghost CMS
- Check the webhook URL in your provider matches your current organization slug
